Outreach Services

The Corner team offers a range of outreach opportunities for young people.

WE AIM T0

1. Meet young people at a time and place that suits them. Currently these are telephone calls due to COVID19 restrictions. 
2. Build relationships and trust with young people.
3. Share information with young people about the services we offer.
4. Encourage young people to be actively involved in improving and maintaining their own health.
5. Meet young people who may have barriers which prevent them from reaching out to us for help.
