Responsible for:-
All project staff including staff seconded to the project, clerical and ancillary staff.

Job Purpose
The Project Co-ordinator who will have overall responsibility for the initiative will report to a joint Management Committee.

Responsibilities will include generating a development plan, establishing a city centre shop front for the project, recuiting and building the project team.

ASSISTANT TO PROJECT LEADER

Job Purpose
You will work as a member of the project's multi-disciplinary staff team and you will be responsible for assisting with the development of the city centre "Drop-in" including face to fact work with young people and organisational duties. The postholder will have key responsibilities for developing training opportunities with young people and multi-agency groups.

PROJECT EVALUATION

Job Purpose
Evaluation o the Young Person's Health and Information Project which is a joint initiative involving Tayside Health Board, Tayside Regional Council Community Education Department and Health Education Board for Scotland. The project is based in Tayside and aims to develop comprehensive; integrated and appropriate access to health and information for young people in central Dundee.

PROJECT WORKER (SEXUAL HEALTH)

The project base is located within the centre of Dundee, although the post holder will be expected to develop work with the 4 priority partnership areas. These are Ardler, Kirkton, Mid Craigie/Linlathen and Hilltown, Maxwelltown.

CLERICAL ASSISTANT

Job Purpose
To provide typing/reception services, undertake secretarial and clerical duties and provide general clerical services.

SENIOR CLERICAL ASSISTANT

Job Purpose
To be responsible for the planning, organisation and management of the administrative and secretarial work of the project, thus supporting the project in the development of it's aims and objectives.
