At The Corner we provide 1:1 support(this is not counselling) but an opportunity to talk about your feelings, advice and information on any mental health issues you may be experiencing, or if you are concerned about a friend or family member. Local Information and Services, Young Person's Counselling Service, 201 Blackness Road Dundee Provides a free confidential counselling service for young people between the ages of 10-18 who are unhappy, unsettled or worried because of personal, family or other relationships. You can call on 01382 640123 (office hours Monday-Thursday 9am-9pm and Friday 9am-2pm) or fill out our contact form to arrange an appointment or to make an enquiry. Dundee Carers Centre, 21 Ward Rd, Dundee, DD1 1ND - Due to particular family situations many young people do not want to be identified as young people who are caring, they do not want to be singled out as different. They are often excluded from the normal chilhood support networks. The Young Carers Project therefore has a remit to try and include young people and children up to the age of 18, who through family illness do not recieve the support and services that others in an exclusive society expect.
